OK, so I feel awesome, I am getting stronger, and my cardio is better.
For the record, in the first pics, I was 230 and 26% BF. Middle was about 214 and 20%, and current is 205 and 18% BF... Goal is 12-15% BF - weight I dont care so much about - thinking it can stay about the same.
I feel muscles where I didnt before, like my traps and delts a LOT.. but unfortuantely I dont the pics show it.
Before you ask, for the first 1.5 months, I was on Xenadrine, just came off that last week. I have been taking whey protein and Creatine for post workout. I am doing WBB routine #1, with a few additions here and there. Abs/cardio on days 2 and 4.
