I normally use 8-12 reps for my tricep exercises.
However - my bench is probably not as strong as it could be.
What sets and reps would you guys advise in order to get the strength up in my triceps in order to increase my bench press.
sets and reps dont matter to much as long as your putting on more weight the next week, though i prefer 5 sets of 10 reps for triceps work, like skull crushers or triceps pull downs.
but then i will do maybe 2-3 sets of heavy 3 board presses with 1-4 reps.

Dips will build your tris as well.
