    is very boring...

    I canlt eat another omelette !

    ok meal numero uno looks like this...

    {5 egg whites, 1 whole egg
    50 grams of low fat cheese
    mushrooms and tomatoes } - OMMELETTE

    80 grams of oats mixed with a splash of milk..

    Its really started to do my head in..... The ommelettes taste worse each day....

    So I was thinking, I love eating hard boiled eggs...

    So if I hard boilded some eggs (6) and then ate 3 whole ones and 3 whites that would make up the fat for the meal (put me over actually) and keep the protein which was cheese... Calories wise it would be much the same, but more fat... But thats ok....

    Am I right in that an egg contains :

    carbs = 0
    protein = 6
    fat = 6

    the white = 3 protein, and the yolk = 6 fat, 3 protein ?

    If so 3 whole eggs and 3 whites =

    carbs = 0
    protein = 27
    fat =18

    is this right ?

    Also do you lose any nutrients by boiling ?

    Cheers

    ok, egg info:

    1 large egg (approx 50g) =

    Water g 37.310
    Energy kcal 77.500
    Energy kj 324.500
    Protein g 6.290
    Total lipid (fat) g 5.305
    Carbohydrate, by difference g 0.560
    Fiber, total dietary g 0.000

    here's the fat breakdown:

    Lipids
    Fatty acids, saturated g 1.633
    Fatty acids, monounsaturated g 2.038
    Fatty acids, polyunsaturated g 0.707

    Cholesterol mg 212.000

    I personally eat scrambled eggs in the morning, 4 white 2 whole. I enjoy this meal alot!

    I get my carbs from fruit and muslei which also has nuts which = good fat.

    Ronan out of the 10 eggs you eat 7 of them as whites right ?

    Whats scrambeld egg like in that ratio.. Would be a bit.. erm.. white... Like my 5/1 ommellette now, pretty bad.....

    my 4 white, 2 whole ratio makes my scrambled eggs yellow not white. It tastes nice.

    After a while, eating boiled egg whites gets nasty...

    bam bam, have you ever tried mixing a scoop of your protein powder in your peanut butter oatmeal?

    I eat that every morning, and its delicious when you get the right amounts down.

    Just stop eating eggs for breakfast. Eat a chicken breast and some black beans or something, just totally switch it up. I ate some steak for breakfast with a small salad for a little while. Its a trip. Suddenly I was craving a dinner omelette!

    Either that or just do the ol' "one two one".
    One banana, two scoops of protein, one scoop peanut butter. Tastes great, filling, and best of all, FAST.

    Of course its not food and simply feeds my "mrp junkie" status.

    Eh. I like peanuts.

    ok, thanks hulk. i had forgotten what it was seeing my job lets me off somewhere between 1:30 am - 2:30 am making the time i get to bed and get up totally makes it impossible for me to eat breakfast, so i get up and eat what everyone else might consider brunch or even lunch. that's all about to change though. hopefully.
