Well this is acually the 2nd log I have but I figured I might be able to get some good info from others on here. Ok about me is i'm 13, 14 in 2 weeks I weigh 140 have been lifting on and off for 2 years been lifting seriously for 6 months. I have gained around 30 lb. since june I am 5'6" and am very serious about getting bigger and stronger. I play football as my main sport also do track to help with speed and do tennis competitivly but not my main sport. Stats:
Squat ATG: 155 (did 165 but critiqued form again haven't tried above 155)
The Bench and deadlifts are very recent happy about the 1 and 2 plates. Currently doing a split I made where I hit each muscle twice a week, Likely to swich soon. Will take constructive (or non if you really want) critisisim or any advice my ears are open as I have alot to learn!
