The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

    I'm making this tomorrow...

    Ingredients:
    1 1/2lbs of lean hamburger
    2 eggs beaten
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup mayo
    1/4tsp salt
    1/4tsp pepper
    2tbs worsteshire sauce
    8oz cheddar cheese
12-15 pieces cooked bacon (crumbled up)
    Mix all these ingredients together
Then combine in a small bowl 1 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup yellow mustard
add half of the ketchup mixture to meat and mix well.
after dumping in pan, pour the rest of the ketchup mixture on the meatloaf
bake for 40 min at 425 degrees
top with french fried onions and bake for another 10 min

This turns out much better in a regular baking pan than a loaf pan.

It's a risk I'm willing to take - didn't get around to making it last night, but tonight it will happen!

    LOL!

I actually slipped a Lebowski line into a City Finance Committee meeting a couple of weeks ago. In the middle of my statement I hit 'em with the old "in the parlance of our times". My chief was sitting across from me, and he was just dying. Not another person even began to get it.

I dropped a "you are out of your element!" at work and it made everyone mad. They obviously didn't get it.

Eh, it's not that bad - I actually used turkey bacon and low fat mayo and cheese.
