God-Damn am I hungover. I don't get the typical head-ache though, I just feel sick to my stomach all day after a night of heavy boozing followed by a day at work.
Any remedies for the stomach thing? It is really terrible. I have had coffee/water/grilled chicken and I can't shake it. I just bought a carbonated beverage to try and settle my stomach a bit. I heard somewhere that soda should help, but it's not working!!
Any help is greatly appreciated. You will win one Free Internet if you come up with the best solution. Also, "not drinking so much" is not an answer, what's done is done.

I know you asked for stomach solutions but have you already taken care of the headache? Whenever I get headaches from hangovers I take (non-prescription) painkillers but I keep hearing it's horrible for your liver.

Menudo is the best cure for hang overs. It's essentially tripe stew.

I get this really bad when I binge drink after a long hiatus from drinking. This sucks because I turn 21 in 4 days and I've only drank a few times in the past 4 months (took a semester off from school). My plan is to just stick to beer but it is pretty much guaranteed that I will not be able to hold any food down the day after.

Gatorade, preferably before bed (hangover prevention is the best medication), but the morning works too. Drink around 750 ml - 1 liter. After that I usually eat the biggest, greasiest meal I can stomach (usually a fast food burger), let it digest awhile, go exercise (lift or go for a jog), then relax in the bath or jacuzzi. After that, I'm usually good to go for the rest of the day.

Greasy food, water, tomato juice. Alcohol will only delay the process of recovering. The others *may* help. Most the time you just gotta man up. Be thankful you are sitting at work and not doing hard labor during a hot summer day.
If I ever get drunk (for the first time in my life), which most likely will never happen, and I should also be hungover...

alcohol is a major diuretic, and u get extremly dehydrated, in fact if u drink enough ull lose enough water not to be able to ru u krebs cycle on the cellular level, which interfers with alot of the bodily funtions and gives u bad symptoms, along with thetxins in the alcohol
so eat something to settle ur stomach because u have went a long time awake without food, u needfood, and drink some water to rehydrate andlet it wear off, ull be ok, trust me,

My favorite remedy is 600mg ibuprofen, a little orange triangular dexadrine, 600mg of caffeine, a half a gallon of water (minimum) and a Bob Evans Homestead Breakfast.
I perfected this hangover cure this past March at the Arnold Classic.
