    Yeah - I need to stop moving my head while my body is under tension, end up straining muscles in my neck that way. Speaking of, just found a picture from about a year ago when I was more focused on bodybuilder training - just under 210 lbs and my neck was looking huge picking up a 660 lbs farmers deadlift (330 lbs each hand).
