Please Check Out My "S.S. Plus" Cutting Routine

So I still do SS just like I did when I was bulking but now I do a combined 30-45 minutes of snow shoveling, running with a weighted wheelbarrow, beating the ground with a sledge hammer, hanging leg lifts as long as i can as well as situps and those knee to nose crunches and I do this after lifting and on off days too. What do you think? Should I add anything or take away something that isn't worth it?

Also the running with the wheel barrow is just to make running not so borring.

So you're eating nothing, you doing heavy full body workouts 3 times a week and 30-45 minutes of cardio a day?

    What are your lifts at?

Because unless they are extremely light, it sounds like you will be over training.

Too much extra crap that's going to severely inhibit recovery, which will already be limited due to your extremely low caloric intake.

Fat loss comes through diet, but if you insist on this extra stuff do it once a week, on Saturday (assuming you take a 2-day break over the weekends.)

How tall are you and how much do you weigh now? Looking strictly at your numbers I would keep bulking unless your bf% is ridiculously high.
