    Today's workout:

    Deads - 5 x 135, 5 x 205, 5 x 275, 5 x 325
    Pullups - 3 x 10 BW
    Seated Lateral raises - 3 x 10 @ 15 pounds
    Seated Shoulder Press (machine) - 3 x 10 @ 80, 90, 100
    Ab crunches Machine - 20, 10, 10 @ 10, 30, 50 pounds
    Pullups - 1 x 10, 1 x 5, 1 x 5

    Decided I wanted to do 50 pullups today, so I did. Still really sore in the traps... Stretched for 30 minutes today and yesterday.
    5'8" 177 (meet PRs) ALL RAW

    Bench - 290 (291) Pause reps Dead - 500 (479.5) Squat - 446 (430)

    Total - 1236 (1168.4)

    yeah bro, if you do hang cleans correctly, it should obliterate your traps. so thats a good sign, really.

    I'm a little pissed that I did 325 for my last set of deads... I thought I did 320 last week, but I guess I didn't... oh well.

    Rope pull downs - 10 x 50, 10 x 60, 10 x 65
    Incline DB - 10 x 70, 10 x 80 immediately followed by 15 x 30
    Wide grip bench - 10 x 105 pause reps, 10 x 105 pause reps
    Close grip bench - 10 x 105
    Treadmill - 52 minutes at 2.8 haha

    Squat
    - 8 x 45, 8 x 135, 8 x 185, 8 x 225, 5 x 275, 3 x 315, 1 x 345
    Superset leg extensions and hamstring curls - 3 sets of 10 @ 160, 175, 190 (ext) and 65, 80, 90 (curls) completed all six sets in 3 minutes.
    Seated calf raises - 10 x 150
    Walking lunges w/ 35 lb DBs - 26 (13 per leg)
    Seated calf raises - 10 x 150

    Good, short leg workout today. It felt good .

    Bench - 10 x 45, 5 x 135, 5 x 185, 5 x 215, 5 x 235, 5 x 255
    Incline DB - 8 x 80, 8 x 90
    Seated Row - 10 x 100, 10 x 115
    Abs - 25 decline situps, 20 oblique twists, 25 straight ups
    Supersets of Hang cleans/BO Rows - 8 x 95 x 3 Each

    I know I was told to start with the cleans, but I didn't think I was gonna do them today, then I decided I wanted to. Plus I did light weight to work on form.

    I think I'll deadlift tomorrow. Bench day on Thursday, cus I wanna go for the 225 for reps

    the worst thing i can see is you bring up your hips too fast. im not a master or anything, but if you can balance out the leg/hip drive and back pulling then it should be fine. it doesnt look like you jerk the bar off the floor, and you start with your hips low etc. dont get too down about it. i fixed my form in a matter of a few dead workouts im sure you can to.

    Yeah your back was rounding pretty bad. A belt can actually help to fix your form issues, and add a few lbs in the process. It didnt look too bad though, just a few things such as:

    1. pulling BACK not up which will help to make it one fluid motion
    2. keep your hips lower throughout the whole lift. As soon as the weight engages, your hips fly up. It may be a lack of quad strength, but I doubt it since your squat is pretty solid.
    3. Lower back ARCHED not rounded. Try pulling your shoulderblades back and stay tight throughout the whole thing


    All in all, its not that bad dude, just a couple things which might put you on the road to a PR
