    Anyone sumo dead barefoot?

Does anyone here ever do sumo deads with just socks?

As well, I am thinking of just squatting barefoot from now and and tossing the chucks in the closet for now, I think I like it better. That being said, where can I get special deadlift/squat socks so I don't slip and kill myself slowly and painfully.

I have pulled sumo with no shoes (I pull conventional 99% of the time) and didnít like it, nor do I like to go shoeless while pulling conventional. Itís not really a slip issue, itís more of a comfort issue.

I've pulled with Chucks and in socks, didn't really notice a difference. Get yourself some pink ballet slippers, that should do the trick.

I tried socks once but found that my feet slid out to the sides and I didn't feel grounded/solid so I scrapped that idea.

Oh no, I know that, I'm just saying when I tried it that time it was in socks. I haven't tried the slippers.
