Not allow my conditioning level to slow me down in the gym
Spend 6-8 weeks training with some other system than the Westside template
Better posture and mobility, complete rotation of shoulder disconect without having to use an extremely wide grip.

This will be my second year powerlifting and I am doing the 5/3/1 so my goals are 600 sq 475 bp 600 dl all raw and I would like to put on more weight muscle I hope. Good luck to everyone on thier goals. Vinny thank you and matt for all your advice at the bench seminar. I go tonight to get set up for my cpap. If it works as well as you guys said maybe I should raise my goals.
My short term goal is to rehab my shoulder after it gets scoped on Monday. During that time frame, to get my bodyweight down to 230. Compete in the summer (2 meets) and bench a PR at 220 (over 730), and by years end to bench 800 at 220. And I plan to train like never before to obtain those goals.
Make it to deadlifts at the next meet lol
-Finish my undergrad
-Decide what I plan to do with my life outside of school
-Bench 545 equipped in single ply, bench 405 raw
-Deadlift 635 and consistently deadlift over 600lbs
-Get my bf to single digits or close to 10% before I go away with the gf at the end of april
-Squat 700 in briefs, belt and knee wraps
-Get my ass into gear and compete
I missed a few of my goals last year, so who knows.

Work on all my pressing in general. I think with an overall stronger upper body that my strongman training will come along alot faster.
Total Junior Elite (302kg) and qualify for Junior Worlds in 2010... there by setting me up to hit Senior Elite (342kg) in 2011 to qualify for 2012 Olympics.
Achieve a perfect Entrance score and begin studying a double degree in Law and Commerce.

Being a strong teenager means nothing.
My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.
Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.
This year I would like to bench 350, squat 500, and deadlift 500. I'm a little ways away from all of those, but with some hard work, who knows?
I also want to get back into better general shape and do more extra workouts focused on GPP and bringing up weak points.
Squat 700-750 , Bench 460-500 and DL 600-620 ...and with the way i feel everytime i get in the Gym i think i will be there by Nov. 2009 at a 210-215 bodyweight. it sucks to get back into it after a 3 year break but everyone already notice that im back in the gym and its only been 25 days and my waist is down 1/2 inch and my weight is up 7 lbs

- Squat 300kg/660lbs @198 before the end of the year

2 down, 3 to go. Realistically I am shooting for a 300 bench, 400 Squat and 500 dead. But I'm leaving 350 on here because somtimes you gotta just aim high!
