    Help with leg problem

    Hey. heres my problem.

    On wed. i do endurence drills, like 15 minutes straight of skipping rope, and hill climbers, and a shot load more, and like 200 free squats, then on thurs. is my leg day. Will the endurence drills on WED effect the growth of my legs when i do the weight training the next day. I dont mean the cardio part i mean the movement of squats and skipping rope=????

    As far as rest goes for the legs i woudl say yes. you are using your legs intensly back to back. just my opion.
    Muscle is not momentum! that is too all the basturds in the gym that put large amounts of weight on the bar and swing it up. I hate people with bad form. outnumber

    I would have to agree with the above notion. According to rest. If you are blasting them on wed. and then again on thursday I would say yeah you are.

    Obviously Yes if your working the same muscle back to back.
    Current Lifts:
    Bench Press: 290
    Deadlift: 405
    Squat: 380

    Goals by September 2002:
    Bench Press: 300
    Deadlift: 435
    Squat: 450
    Total: 1185

    yea i thought so, its just i was woundering cause im not doing any weight training, just free weight excercises
