    I'm the strongest man alive

    not really but I feel like it lately. I started doing deads 5 weeks ago. My lifts have been growing unbelievable. Here are my dead lift weights over that time....

    Week 1: 135*8 185*5 185*3
    Week 2: 135*10 185*10 225*3
    Week 3: 135*10 225*5 225*3
    Week 4: 135*10 225*8 275*3 275*1
    Week 5: 135*10 225*10 275*7 315*5 315*3

    That is including my warm up sets. I plan on trying 365 this Saturday. I only used alternated grip on the 315 set. all the other lifts I didn't need it. I just wanted to thank you guys, for telling me about deadlifts... lol.

    Everybody loves deadlifts once they start doing them.

    @165- 435 SQ 270 BE 560 DL.....1255 total
    @181- 535 SQ 300 BE 570 DL.....1400 total
    Best Meet Lifts(Multi-ply):
    @148- 575 SQ 315 BE 515 DL.....1400 total
    @165- 680 SQ 380 BE 540 DL.....1555 total
    @181- 700 SQ 375 BE 535 DL.....1605 total
    Best Gym Lifts(Raw w/wraps)
    545 SQ 305 BE 585 DL

    To give you guys an update...
    I did 365 for 4 reps. I think next week I'll try 405.

    I don't think everyone loves deadlifts but I think that with time anyone can perfect the technique,and get used to the movement
