not really but I feel like it lately. I started doing deads 5 weeks ago. My lifts have been growing unbelievable. Here are my dead lift weights over that time....

Week 1: 135*8 185*5 185*3
Week 2: 135*10 185*10 225*3
Week 3: 135*10 225*5 225*3
Week 4: 135*10 225*8 275*3 275*1
Week 5: 135*10 225*10 275*7 315*5 315*3

That is including my warm up sets. I plan on trying 365 this Saturday. I only used alternated grip on the 315 set. all the other lifts I didn't need it. I just wanted to thank you guys, for telling me about deadlifts... lol.
