Overhead workout from earlier this week, bodyweight 218 lbs and my first time wearing olympic weightlifting shoes.
Push Jerk 225 lbs x 2, 265 lbs x 1, 295 lbs x 1
Push Press 340 lbs x 1 (PR)
Speed Jerk 195 lbs x 5, 6, then 195 lbs x 5 strict / 3 jerks.
Incline Bench 255 lbs x 10
Nice your very strong congrats on that P.R. you should get a spotter on that incline though it would make it so much easier with a hand off .

You rarely see a barbell in strongman competition but I will post up some axle / log work in the near future.
Generally I train alone in the gym so have never been used to lift offs or spotters, these lifts were done after spending 2 hours at the mall Christmas shopping and it was about 10:30 PM so was pretty much just me, the vaccum guy, and a few stragglers left at the gym.
Awesome overhead work. That push press looked real smooth and clean. I'm sure you've got more in you.
