Push Press 340 lbs x 1
Speed Jerk 195 lbs x 5, 6, then 195 lbs x 5 strict / 3 jerks.
Incline Bench 255 lbs x 10

Do you switch it up between push press and strict? I was thinking of doing some push.

tom, you said you did push press, and push jerks. I didnt notice any real diference between the two. are they the same lift?
