    benches updated?

ok, so i've come to these...

please tell me which one to choose.

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/York-Heavy-I...233240&sr=1-32

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Infiniti-Mul...233304&sr=1-81

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Marcy-JD2-2-...0234503&sr=1-1

i like the first 2 because they allow me to do other leg exercises, and i would find them useful, where i to get an injury stopping me from doing squats, and also i might add them with squats into a routine...

    thanks

do you already have a power rack or something in addition to the bench?

I have one that is really similar to the last one you linked to. I'd stick with that one.

Reason being, those other ones are a lot less stable and will only get more so as time goes on.

Bodysolid benches are great - sturdy construction, adjustable, reasonable price, and lifetime warrenty.

Looks to me like the last one would be the best bet. It had the highest weight capacity. No sense in worrying if the thing is going to collapse under you with a barbell over your chest. lol
You can be pitiful or powerful CHOOSE.
