Ok I was at the gym monday and I was benching I did good with flat bench I went for my 3rm and then I moved to incline db and on 2nd set I got a bad pain in the back of my neck under my skull, then I got a very bad head ache, I took the rest of week off untill today, I went in and did mt rep day, I did 185 on flat 20 times for the first set and then I moved to 2nd set and then in the middle of theb set I got a head ache, not as bad tho but it was there, I fiunshed up my workout doing light weight, what could this be? Thank you
