I usually compete in a shirt but I was thinking of trying raw. I drove from Mass to the tourny in Wallingford CT and saw a cop bench 475 or something like that raw. What can I do to build my raw bench since I have gone shirted so long? Or where can I find ur raw workouts to build mine fast!!! There is a Law Enforcement Tourny coming up in Rhode Island in a couple months and If I could get 35lbs on my bench I think I can take 1st!!! (Nice shoulder press by the way!!)
