crap days- 30 min
usual days 60-100 min
great days, couple of hours ;]
Since I am still on the starting strength workout (squats every workout) it is almost impossible for me to keep it under an hour.
Check out my journal:
Goal To be the Strongest Huggins! - started again on 2/24/11 then again 2/27/12
squat: 420 405 x 5
bench: 355 320 x 3
deadlift: 455 420 x 3
Total 1215 on a single day
Anywhere from 1 to 2 hours depending on what I'm training. ME bench typically takes the longest because I train with a group of guys. DE bench has been going quick lately since I've been doing it in my basement.
50-70 min. 4-6 exercises.
