    Since I am still on the starting strength workout (squats every workout) it is almost impossible for me to keep it under an hour.

    squat: 420 405 x 5
    bench: 355 320 x 3
    deadlift: 455 420 x 3
    Total 1215 on a single day

    Anywhere from 1 to 2 hours depending on what I'm training. ME bench typically takes the longest because I train with a group of guys. DE bench has been going quick lately since I've been doing it in my basement.

    1 1/2 hours if you include the cardio and pre/post workout mobility and stretching work.
