Just curious as to how long some of your workout sessions are and how often you blast a bodypart. For getting big, that is. I've done lots of different routines over the years but now I'm sort of settled on chest/tri's, back/bi's, legs/shoulders, off, which is one of the basic routines I guess.

My workouts usually only last about 50 minutes. I don't fiddle around with the anything other than the basic mass-builders and I probably rest 2-3 minutes in between each set. Is that enough lifting time?
