My training is decent, but my diet is crap. I don't eat enough (I am trying to bulk right now, and failing hard), and I don't eat right. Just got results back from the doctor and my cholesterol and triglycerides are high. So I have decided that it's time to get my **** together. But I need help because I know even if I say I will eat healthy, I probably won't. I could really use WBB's help in designing a daily meal plan even if I have to eat the same damn thing everyday.
