rows? proper form and what kind

I am still doing the starting strength but I know I can add rows to it as an accessory workout. The only rows I know how to do properly is db rows. I have done some research looking for videos and it seems each one is different. Can someone please lead me in the right direction? I just want to see how to do proper bb rows. Thanks

Personally, I arch my back, bend down and grab the bar (as in an SLDL/RDL). I then pull it toward the bottom of my rib cage until the bar contacts my body, then I drop it to the floor. Repeat.

go ahead and search rows in this website. you will pull up tons of forums, or search rows on google and you will pull 100 different ways to do rows.

Progress - thanks, so you do not do the row from the floor? How far do you bend your back?

I do, in fact, lift from the floor. I bend at my waist as much as I need to in order to grab the bar and maintain an arch in my back. I'm guessing anywhere between 90 and 45 degrees.

I start from the floor and return the weight each rep. I see most guys in the videos don't do that but I like to.
