I was just wondering if Doing push ups and sit ups every single night would be a good idea. I Lift in my Strength Training class 1st period at high school every Mon-Fri. But now i want to start working out at home.
I usually do 4x50 push-ups with 2min-3min rest in between i will do the sit ups, 30crunches each side and than leg up reaches. But now i want to do these every night regardless of my work out in 1st period. Is this a good idea? will i have enough rest to gain muscle in those areas?
