    Poor man's Reverse Hyper

    I got the idea here, http://www.joshua-davis.com/index.ph...y-reversehonky and looked easy enough that even I could do it. Cost about $60 for all the peices. I used 1 1/2" galvanized steel and used two 12" lengths for the main piece, its actually to long for my legs so I will make that part shorter for me. I also used screw drivers as handles. All I need now is some foam for the edge!

    I've never used a reverse hyper before, my hamstrings are weaker than I thought...
