new town, new house, new job. settled in and just got my equipment set back up. going to have to ease into it, this week starting a different schedule but will try to continue with the same westside-ish routine. was going to do the 5/3/1 thing but I was making good gains before so no use changing.
new job is much more demanding, been putting in 10 hour days and can only workout after 8pm...we'll see how I hold up. Also will be getting my diet in check, too much beer and sugar over the holidays. on another note I'm down to 200lbs, I peaked at 210lb 4 months ago.
