2010 - Been a rough year so far. In January changed jobs and moved and new role in the company has been stressfull. Now its August and I've reawakened my training with more determination then ever. Work is going great and family life is great, throw in some training consistency and I'm set.
Maintain weight in 198 class
Focus more on my bench press technique and strength.
Continue to work on fine tuning my squat training.
