I am 19 years old at 6'4 225 lbs and a little less then 6% body fat ( extremely fast metabolism last year at this time was 190lbs.) The show is in June, I want to get bigger obviously but what would you guys suggest keep eating to gain mass? When should i start to cut? I dont want to cut knowing i will lose to much size feeling not big enough to compete being at 6'4 and longer. Thank you for your time.
