The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

    Ab machines?

Im looking into buying a body-solid ab machine in order to try to gain abdominal mass. Currently i have no problem with losing fat or gaining definition but i seem to have trouble gaining actual size.

Do the ab machines that use weight resistance help for gaining abdominal mass?

Do ab machines work the upper and lower abs equally?

its called the best fitness semi-recumbent ab bench by body-solid

you don't need any machines... just grab a weight, throw it across your chest and do decline crunches... oh yeah, and squat.

On a serious note - yes, adding resistance for your ab training will help to build muscle just like any other body part.
