    It's about time!

Looks like the rules are finally going to change for diet gimmicks:http://consumerist.com/5179090/ftc-t...pical-results/

Stupid or not, I can't help but feel bad for all the people that drop $50+ on glorified caffeine pills and expect to get jacked because of it.

Give them an inch and they'll take a mile. All they are going to do is use this to make it easier for them to sue companies. I don't like the government doing stuff like this, they don't need to think and make all the decisions for Americans, especially when they are interfering with business. Anyone who doesn't know that these weightloss pills are c*r*a*p, also thinks they can take a pill and grow their d*i*c*k to 12 inches and rub cream on their GF's mosquito bites and make them into pumpkins overnight.
Never shall innocent blood be shed, yet the blood of the wicked shall flow like a river. The Three shall spread their blackened wings and be the vengeful striking hammer of God.

There are already lots of laws in place concerning advertising. This is like dropping a grain of sand on a beach, and complaining that you are making the beach too sandy.
