I have been training! I'll try to get caught up on the past couple or workouts tomorrow. Nothing crazy since it's still early in 5/3/1. Get to do some modertaly heavy deads tomorrow. Looking forward to that.
Did my share of eating this weekend. Weight was 191 today. That is I think 1 shy of my all time high. Time to push forward. Up to 4 super high carb days (and 3 moderate carb days), so we'll see how my body and strength responds to all these carbs.
