    Take pride in the fact that you were ready to handle business, the presentation was all set.

    The sessions are looking fine guy, good deal on the squats.

    Yeah, what brought you to Alaska? Those videos really do make you look skinny/leaner but the pictures still show good thickness.

    Have you established any short term goals after your run?

    Terry: I'll show it in photos soon. The pictures tell way more. We did a nature/glacier tour cruise (saw Whales, porpoise, sea lions, puffins, etc). We did Halibut fishing in Ninilchik looking with volcanos in the background. We did Denali national park. Hiking, wildlife viewing, etc. Bounced from place to place in our RVs. Stayed at a family friend's in a small town called Talkeeten. Awesome little town stuck in the 1800s. Really cool trip.

    Kfeld: Just a family vacation for my dads 65th bday.

    Bench: Week 1: 165*5, 185*5, 195*12
    ->bad. Weak and tired.

    Decline Smith: 185*15->155*15->115*20

    Stretchers: 140*10, 140*9, 130*10

    Partial Pulldown: 190*9, 190*8

    Reverse Pec Deck: 70*20, 20

    Smith Shrugs: 225*8, 25
    ->suppersetted with above. First set was 5 second hold at top and bottom. Second set was just moving the weights.

    OH DB Extensions: 65*12, 70*10

    Pushdowns: drop set

    Notes: Weight somehow was up 3 lbs despite undereating and overdrinking. Got very drunk Friday. My old coworkers told me I looked very skinny. One girl asked if I still worked out...

    Ugh. That is not what you want to hear for sure. The running certainly changed the focus for a bit. Should be prime opportunity for some new growth.

    Arms look solid as always. That hands clasped most muscular is your shot.

    Did ya smack that bitch that asked if you still work out?

    I'm curious, why all the focus on running?

    Alright, haven't been good at posting. Been hitting the gym. Worked my way back up to 275 for squats this week. Heading to New Orleans tomorrow.

    Also weight has rebounded to 187 week. Moving on up.

    OH Press, week 1: 95*5, 105*5, 115*12

    HS Incline: 290*17
    ->lighter than I should have gone, but was tired today

    Close Grip Bench: 235*13

    Lat Raise Machine: 65*58 reps
    ->like the energizer bunny

    Pullover Machine: 155*19

    Strive Pulldowns: 190*13

    Notes: Back from Nawlines. Partied like an animal. Barely slept all weekend. Weight is still 187. Don't think the last 5lbs were good. Was hanging out with 4 guys that were all doing insanity. All 30 or about to turn 30. All of them were in really good shape. My one buddy was ripped. They would get flamed on this board, but we are all professionals with a lot going on and they don't have the desire to be big anymore. I might get it for my girlfriend. She is doing a bootcamp type workout class this month, but when it ends I might have her start doing Insanity for cardio. She is doing well following a diet I made for her.
