i just read the article on elitefts about the Serratus and it said to do halbert swings but i cant find anything about what that is any help would be appricaited.
i did them just yesterday. place the incline bench at a 45. stradel the bench and place you chest on the top of the bench as if to do a chest supported row. swing the db out in front at a 45. it'll cover the intire shoulder.
like this but with the db more out in front
