just wondering, does brown/wholemeal bread have a high glycomic value or a low one?
It will vary according to the brand. Normally it is probably medium on the scale.
ahh cool, thanks
so to get this clear, i want high glycomic foods during, before and after workouts, and then low glycomic foods at all other times...
anyone comment me on this?
^--Yep. Pre workout and post workout are the only times that high GI carbs are more desirable than low GI carbs.
oh my giddy ant, give me a minute here, i finally got something right
thanks guys, just quick, any examples of good pre + post workout carbs, or any low GI carbs?
