hi guys, i jus joined this forum in the search of some answers. firstly a bit bout myself. ive been training pretty solidly for jus over a year now, with results to show, but onli recently began to take my diet seriously. i wudnt describe myself as fat, jus a bit of excess in places lol and especially the gut. however, my problem is this. i read alot of how those looking to bulk up should eat, eat, eat. but how can u balance this so that u get bigger all over from muscle build up and not just getting fatter. hopefully this isnt to obscure to understand
any help wud be greatly recieved.
