    I want to start researching/learning more about nutrition, does anyone know of a few good starter books? I doupt there is a nutrition for dummy's book yet, but if anyone knows of something simular please let me know.

    Ok so i should have done a search first But is that a good book or does anyone know of a better one to start with?

    The book is probably a good start. I'm sure it has some myths in there, but that's what forums like this are for. But I haven't read it, so I do not know.
