I had to do some traveling for the last 3 weeks. I know time off can be a good thing, but I totally went flat!!!! I'm back now, unmotivated and week.
It's only been 3 weeks and now I don't even look like I work out. It's really depressing because I've been working out for 10 years and have never taking this amount of time off. When I left, I could strut down the boardwalk in confidence, now....I look like sh$%t. Can anyone relate???? Do any of you loose your pump as much as I did???
Any ideas on dealing with it or your thoughts would be appriciated.
