The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Mastermonster Pic

This was taken at about age 50. About 3 or so years after my last BBing comp, and well into my powerlifting comeback. A little under 5'10" and 280ish when it was taken. My best weight when I was BBing was about 220 so this is definately 'fat me'. This was taken standing by the PLing records I'd broken at the time. I'd already realized I was a lot better PLer than a BBer! LOL! I hope this works.

Thanks! It's took a while. I started training when I was 14 for football and was my present height (just under 5'10") and weighed 125 lbs....and benched 125 pounds! LOL! Was 180 by my senior year of High school. 220 by the end of college ball. Then BBing and PLing. It's weird! I never remember feeling like I was a 125 pounder! But that was my Jr. High Playing weight in 8th grade.

Yeah! We're all hoping Brodie can get and stay well. He's got a lot of talent and a super arm. He's had bad luck with injuries....kind of like our other NFL star from this area Cadillac Williams...great talent but the injuries keep derailing him. Cadillac's Father Aaron is a friend of mine and a trainer at Gold's where I train. A great guy. As is Carnell. My wife and I are major Alabama fans. But the only Auburn picture we have in our house is an autographed picture of Carnell!
