    Calves

    Sometimes when I'm sleeping I'll wake up and have terrible pain in my calves, like I'll flex them and it stays flexed and hurts like hell. It usually only happens with my left one, but it hurts so bad



    Any ideas what this is from????

    maybe your cramps are from a lack of potasium. i would suggest eating a banana about an hour before bed.
