The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Agreed with Klotz on the squats.

It seems like a tremendous amount of upper work.

    below is just a suggestion.....

    MON

    BB bench 5x5
    Squat 5 x 5
    BO rows 5x5
Low back/ham exercise (Goodmornings, Hypers, SLDLs, Pullthrus etc)

    WED

    Deadlifts 5 x 5
    Military 3 x 5
Pullups as many as I can (unbelievably hard)
    Step Ups/Lunges 3x8

    FRI

    Incline bench 4 sets x 8
    Front Squats 4 x 8
    BO rows 4 x 8
    Dips (weighted if possible)
Low back/ham exercise (Goodmornings, Hypers, SLDLs, Pullthrus etc)
Just an idea as I said. Try and balance things out a bit further. I would have heavy days Mon and Wed and a higher rep day Fri. It all really depends on your goals. As mentioned, I would do the squats as first exercise.

^--I defintely agree with the inclusion of dips insterad of tricep pulldowns. I would change the pull ups to 3x5 or something instead of just one set to failure. Also, I would throw in some calf exercises but you may not need to.

Well, it wouldnt do any harm to throw in some calves a few times a week. Some curls would be fine too.

I would however get some Abs done on each day though. Forgot to mention that.
