    15 lb Deadlift PR today

I hit 445 easy today after barely locking out 430 last week. A lifting buddy of mine pointed out that I had the worst possible stance last week, neither sumo or conventional, so today I narrowed everything up, and 445 went up rather easily. So, moral of the story is to have a knowledgeable friend comment on your form.
