The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Inzer Z Suit

What do you guys think of the Inzer Z Suit...single or double ply. I am looking to do some push/pull meets in the future and I am just a beginner in the sport. Is this a good starter suit. I am 28 yrs old, 235ish lbs and I can pull close to 500 raw. Will I get anything out of the Z Suit? It is fairly inexpensive..even the double ply is only $65 bucks.

I have searched and I can not find any decent reviews if any on this suit. Please help! Thanks!!

I'd probably go with a metal single ply or even the hardcore. The z-suit just hurts, LOL.

Metal suits are more expensive, but well worth the money. I never got anything more than pain from my Z-suit.

If you want single-ply, I would probably suggest getting a Inzer TRX, a Metal suit or Titan. The Z-suit is crap and the pain it causes isn't worth the 12 lb carryover on your squat.

I'm pretty sure a singlet gives you more carry over.

The "Raw Dog" that lifts with us wears this singlet that I believe was made for a toddler. After he squeezes into it I swear he gets 50+ lbs.

Get a z-suit and get it really tight, at least to squat in, I got some pop out of mine.

*I only pull raw because I'm not a cheater so I can't help you with that. I did try it once and it just made it hard to get to the bar.

Then why bother even posting in the thread, if you have nothing valuable to say and just want to insult people who use gear...
