after looking around the forum for awhile i decided that it may be beneficial to start a journal for 2 (so far) reasons. First is that I feel it will give me motivation and secondly to get some advice. I have not worked out for some time, so I am going to consider myself completly new. I will post more details about my self in a following post. I am off to the gym for 45 minute cardio. Im gonna weigh myself when im there because I do not trust my scale.
