Thanks guys. A pair of lifting shoes is on my list next but I am broke now. I just bought the rack and more weight here recent. I would like to get some bands or chains in the future also.

FSs look good. I like the howling in the 1st video... way to be intense!!! jk
Press: Get under the bar, once the bar clears your face push your head forward and shrug the weight once your arms are fully extended. I cant tell but be sure to keep your core tight and flex your quads too.

It looks like your back is rounding a little at the bottom of your back squats. Rows looked good, front squats looked good, and presses were decent.

All weekend and no feedback yet... I know the squat wasn't very good but I need some thoughts on the DL form.
I hate to dig this tread up again but I would like some tips on my DL's before I do them this week.
Your hips rise faster than your upper body.
Think a piece of steel running through your spine down through your pelvis. Be much tighter. Abs, shoulders, arch.
