Decided to try for a big pull last night.
Ended up hitting a few PRs,
Previous best was 425 during the first week of december. I stopped pulling heavy every week and switched to conjugate method of training, focusing mostly on speed pulls and posterior chain movements to help my deadlifts
Well, it worked.
I got 495 for a huge 70LB PR last night.
Turn volume down bc the phone camera doesnt like loud music and it just makes a lot of noise.
