    8 months progress pics (think I f**ked up)

    Here I am. Very disappointed. Before is on the left (170 lbs) after is on the right (190 lbs). I've put about 40 lbs on my bench, 100 on my squat (finally started squatting heavy), 20-30 on my military press. And please no gyno comments. Its not gyno, just big nips and highish body fat. Let me know what you think. I think a lot of progress has come recently. I started adding more volume. Please let me know how my progress looks...I need to watch my protein intake...not sure if I need a drastic routine change I'm not sure how my progress looks.

    If you could let me know how I did by body part that would be great. It would let me know how to change my routine.

    I easily see a large size increase in your pec definition, traps, and arms. Dont get discouraged man, you look a lot better than 8 months. It wouldnt hurt to pull a cut to lean down some, however, if thats what your after.

    you're body fat isnt high at all. eat more, and sleep more. post up your routine so we can see what you're doing. theres definintly some progress there, you actually have a clavicle now.

    I just checked out my diet, never tracked it really. I'm only getting around 120-140 grams of protein a day. Thats all just normal food. I'm going to get some whey and start doing 2 shakes a day. It should put me around 200g a day.

    Heres my routine as of lately. It used to just be (squat, bench, row), (military, deads, facepull), (squat bench, chins).

    Now its:

    Monday
    ATG Squat - 3x5
    Bench - 3x5
    Rows - 3x8
    Curls - 3x8

    Wednesday
    Military - 8,8,6,3-5
    Deadlift - 3x8
    Lateral raises - 3x8-10
    Shrugs - 3x8
    Lat pull down - 3x8

    Friday
    ATG Squat - 3x5
    Bench - 3x5
    Pull ups - 3 sets
    CG Bench - 3x8
    Curls - 3x8
    Maybe a little lat pull down

    Anyway OP, you look bigger all around, and 100 pounds added to your squat is huge. Just cut that body fat down!

    i still dont think his body fat is that high.... he doesnt have a whole lot of anything, if he cut, he'd be skin and bone.

    It seems like my posture has changed alot. Shoulders seem squared, overall a little more muscular. I found I've only been getting 120-140 grams of protein. I haven't been taking any shakes are anything. I'm going to throw in two scoops of whey a day which should put me around 200g a day.

    Alright, coming from one tall skinney guy to another. First, good work on the 20lb gain. Next you're doing great and need to keep going (imo) I would say you shouldn't worry about cutting until you get around 215-220 and see where your at.

    Yeah now that I think about it I could cut to 180-175 and be more cut but I'd still be too skinny for 6'2".

    I took a new flexed pic today. This was midway through my workout so I did have a bit of a pump.

    dude you got a lot going on with your routine...maybe make it a more organized
