Here I am. Very disappointed. Before is on the left (170 lbs) after is on the right (190 lbs). I've put about 40 lbs on my bench, 100 on my squat (finally started squatting heavy), 20-30 on my military press. And please no gyno comments. Its not gyno, just big nips and highish body fat. Let me know what you think. I think a lot of progress has come recently. I started adding more volume. Please let me know how my progress looks...I need to watch my protein intake...not sure if I need a drastic routine change I'm not sure how my progress looks.

If you could let me know how I did by body part that would be great. It would let me know how to change my routine.
