    bench press form

    hello there,

    I was wondering if someone could tell me where I should be putting my feet? Should they be flat on the floor or should I be on the balls of my feet?

    should I be trying to pull the bar apart or trying to push it together like DBs


    This would be for a 1 rep max

    some federation require you to have your feet flat on the floor, otherwise its a preference.

    This is probably a stupid question, but can you explain what you mean by pull the bar apart and what it does to help out your bench? This is just a new term that i have never heard before, and im willing to try anything that will help.
