    Nice lifting..

question for you - on those reverse band presses im curious about the band set-up. On the bar do you have anything between the plates and the bands? Ive been using some big collars but im running out of space on the bar so im wondering what others do.

LOL, gotta love those hours. When I travel to the powerlifting gym I lift at there is always a solid hour of BSing, and getting gear on before we lift.

I met a couple of you guys up at the American Cup last weekend. I lifted on Saturday (Invitational only) as the 198er. I live in Orange County, but fly every week to Stockton for work. I'm actually moving to Stockton either in March or April, so I was going to hit you guys up to train. I'll be getting ready for the Nationals in July, probably training with you guys by then.
