    Slight Swelling Under Knee

I noticed during DL's today a slight soreness just under my knee and little swelling. Then during squats I could feel a "tendon like click" not bone and no pain. Any idea's? Bad? Or just a common nusance that goes away?

Sounds like a patellar tendon. I get a pain from intense running. It usually gets worse when I sit down and then get up and try to walk. Ice and rest works.
